Just back from the Wadden Weekend Kite Trip with KiteActive, and wow, what an awesome weekend! 🌊🪁 Everything was super well arranged, the food was absolutely amazing, and the vibes were super chill. We had great wind conditions, and the progression sessions were epic. What really stood out was how much time the guys took to explain things and help us push our kiting skills further. You could really feel they wanted to see everyone progress, and that made it even more fun and motivating. Great people, great vibes, good food, good wind, can’t ask for more. Already looking forward to the next one!

Geweldige kitetrips met Kiteactive! Inmiddels twee keer meegeweest (Tarifa en Rhodos). Dikke kitesessies met leuke mensen op de mooiste stranden! Enthousiaste en relaxte organisatie. Absolute aanrader!

Voor de derde keer mee met Kiteactive naar Sicilië en elke keer genoten! Elke keer een mooie ervaring en vrienden rijker!

Last weekend I did with Kite active the most ultimate downwinder of the Netherlands, which is TV TAS. With this downwinder you pass by all 5 wadden Islands, which are Texel, Vlieland Terschelling, Ameland and Schiermoniksoog. The downwinder was actually even longer, because we started from the mainland of the Netherlands, at Den Helder instead from Texel. Even though it’s a 2 days kitesurf trip, it’s been the best kitesurf trip for me so far. The thrill of passing all the wadden islands which is world heritage UNESCO, is a undescribable experience. The trip itself was very good organised bij the people from Kite active. They are very experienced kitesurfers, and they know the area very well. They are very friendly, give good briefings, and this not only at the start, but also at several other locations where necessary. Alse the hotel on Terschelling was very nice. The boat trip back, and the bus back to Den Helder was perfect organised. Be aware to be an experienced kitesurfer. Don’t under estimate it, it’s great if you’re an advanced kitesurfer with enough experience to kite in big waves on sea. Despite the advanced level of all kiters in the group, we had to wear a Safetrx whatch for our safety. Which really made this trip possible and safe.

Genoten in Sicilië! In juli 2025 ben ik met KiteActive naar Sicilië geweest. Mijn eerste keer kitesurfen, wat een geweldige ervaring! Onder prima omstandigheden (de meeste dagen wind) en dankzij de goede lessen heb ik kennis kunnen maken met deze mooie sport. Goede organisatie, leuke mensen, lekker eten en een toplocatie. Alles was super geregeld. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! KiteActive, bedankt voor deze mooie week!

We had an amazing time with Kite Active down winding in Brazil. They manage a fun and relaxed atmosphere with a professional and save organisation to back it up. 0% stress, 100% kiting. Awesome week guys, see you again 😃next year!

Yallah habibi, what an epic week this was! Just got back from Egypt after my second kite holiday with KiteActive — and once again, absolutely worth repeating!

The spot is amazing: you can walk straight from your hotel room onto the (kite) beach. The collaboration with Kitelagoon Hurghada was top-notch — we were fully taken care of (pumping kites, launching and landing, chill tunes on the beach, warm tea during breaks). Everything was perfectly arranged by KiteActive as well — from a group chat and quick replies to any questions, to thinking along about boardbags and capturing awesome (action) shots!

We also had such a fun group (which of course KiteActive can’t fully control), but it made the week even better. On the — luckily only two — windless days, we went wakeboarding, snorkeling, and just enjoyed the resort to the fullest. Under the always cheerful (and super experienced) supervision of Roderick, this week was not only super fun but also incredibly educational — what a legend he is!

Beginner or advanced: I recommend going on a trip with KiteActive to everyone — you won’t regret it 🙂 Let’s go!
