The Camp Manager is responsible for the camp, the staff and ultimately making sure that our guests have the best surfing holiday possible. In doing so you’ll be involved with all aspects of customer relations from the moment their booking is confirmed until they head back to the real world with wetsuit tan lines and a big smile on their face.

In order to do this successfully you need to be flexible, service minded and well organized.
Key duties:
• Make sure our guests have the time of their life.
• Take good care of our amazing staff on site.
• Monitor and report financial results to our HQ.
• Manage bookings, enquiries and any ad-hoc challenges at the camp.
• Coordinate, monitor and follow-up the surf school; ensuring we provide the highest level of coaching.
• Organize excursions & activities when it is not windy. For example: SUP, wave surf, mountainbike, tips etc
• Implement new initiatives and best practices as instructed by management.
• Its a must if you are also able to do kitesurf lessons, then you can earn some extra money on location 🙂
• Maintain and continue to strengthen our bond with the local community, our local partners and our guests from around the world.
Profile:
We’d prefer you to have a few of the following boxes ticked:
• Experience in customer service, tourism and/or sales.
• University degree (or busy with it?).
• English skills are must-haves.
• Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and Google docs.
• Great organizational skills and an outgoing personality.
• Open minded / Responsible / social / Party starter 🙂
• Passion for surfing and/or looking seriously good at the beach.
