Yallah habibi, what an epic week this was! Just got back from Egypt after my second kite holiday with KiteActive โ and once again, absolutely worth repeating!
The spot is amazing: you can walk straight from your hotel room onto the (kite) beach. The collaboration with Kitelagoon Hurghada was top-notch โ we were fully taken care of (pumping kites, launching and landing, chill tunes on the beach, warm tea during breaks). Everything was perfectly arranged by KiteActive as well โ from a group chat and quick replies to any questions, to thinking along about boardbags and capturing awesome (action) shots!
We also had such a fun group (which of course KiteActive canโt fully control), but it made the week even better. On the โ luckily only two โ windless days, we went wakeboarding, snorkeling, and just enjoyed the resort to the fullest. Under the always cheerful (and super experienced) supervision of Roderick, this week was not only super fun but also incredibly educational โ what a legend he is!
Beginner or advanced: I recommend going on a trip with KiteActive to everyone โ you wonโt regret it ๐ Letโs go!

Just got back from a week in Tarifa with the KiteActive gang – what a brilliant week, we had wind pretty much every day, stayed in the excellent Wild House hostel, lovely group of humans (“my beautifuuul people!” as Henny would say) and Hilke and Cher were amazing group hosts!

Het team is uiterst professioneel en enthousiast. Door de ervaring van het team leer je heel veel heel snel en door hun enthousiasme wil je door blijven gaan. Als beginnende kiter voel je daardoor meteen vertrouwt om lekker gas te geven.
Wat KiteActive naast het kiten echt heel goed doet is een super gezellige sfeer neerzetten o.a. door activiteiten te organiseren op dagen dat er niet gekite kan worden, denk aan een wijnproeverij, een grote party-motorboot huren. Ze betrekken op een leuke manier heel de groep, waardoor niemand achterblijft en je snel het idee hebt met goede vrienden op kiteavontuur te zijn.
Dit was mijn tweede KiteActive vakantie en er gaan sowieso meer volgen, dikke aanrader!

Wat een mooie ervaring. Na een aantal lessen in Nederland heb ik tijdens mijn Kite Acitve vakantie op Sicilie de eindjes aan elkaar kunnen knopen. Van de 6 dagen hebben we 5 dagen op het water gestaan. Goede begeleiding, heerlijk eten en een prachtige locatie direct aan de Kite spot. Ik ga zeker dit jaar nog een keer met ze mee, dit keer naar Braziliรซ, die bekend staat om zijn down winders. Dit smaakt naar meer!

Op kite vakantie naar Siciliรซ en de Waddenzee geweest met KiteActive. Enorm goede begeleiding, fijne kite spots, goed gegeten, leuke alternatieve (weinig wind) programmaโs met goede tips en vooraf goed geholpen met boeken. Alles was mogelijk ! Absolute aanrader!

Top locations โ Iโve joined trips to Brazil and Rhodes! Everything was super well organized, with a chilled vibe, awesome people, and relaxed but spot-on coaching. You get tips & tricks for both beginners and independent riders. And thereโs even a photographer joining to capture your progress with epic (drone) shots. Highly recommended!

KiteActive started out by organizing kite and sailing trips along the Wadden Islands. The combination of a week of intensive kitesurfing (lessons) and a holiday in a place with all the essentials โ wind, beach, water, and a laid-back vibe โ turned out to be a winning concept.
Our passion for travel and kitesurfing has taken us to countless kitespots around the world, and weโre still on the hunt for the best destinations to (learn to) kitesurf. Thanks to the experience and enthusiasm of our instructors, KiteActive has grown steadily. In 2011, we expanded to Tarifa and Brazil, and in 2012, Zanzibar. Many other unique destinations followed. Each spot has its own perks, from budget-friendly options to the ultimate experience.
